In addition, this expertise is supported by published technical papers and patented practical innovations, providing a strong foundation for process design and equipment layout that can be adapted to local operating conditions. The manufacturing operations director contributes more than 26 years of hands-on production experience, ensuring that equipment design emphasizes operational stability, functional efficiency, and long service life.

Delandi maintains close cooperation with domestic design and research institutes. Through this collaboration, the company continuously improves fertilizer production processes and supports equipment upgrades and process optimization. This approach allows customized adjustments to meet specific project requirements and verification needs. Our manufacturing base is located in an industrial zone in Jiangsu Province and covers an area of more than 30,000 square meters. The facility is equipped with vertical lathes, plate rolling machines, submerged arc automatic welding systems, large-capacity presses, automatic flame cutting machines, boring machines, and a wide range of testing equipment. Supported by a mature industrial supply chain, we are capable of manufacturing and delivering large-scale fertilizer production equipment within controlled timelines.
With strong technical capabilities and experienced personnel, we have established long-term cooperation with fertilizer enterprises in both domestic and international markets. The fertilizer processing equipment we supply covers a wide range of specifications and incorporates a high level of automation. In recent years, our fertilizer production lines have been delivered to markets in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa, supporting fertilizer manufacturers in improving operational efficiency and reliability.
