Fertilizer Crushing Equipment
Crushers are used in fertilizer production lines to reduce bulk raw materials into particle sizes suitable for downstream processing. The horizontal chain mill crusher uses dual high-speed rotors to efficiently reduce solid materials to a suitable particle size. It is well suited for crushing bulk fertilizer materials such as phosphate fertilizer and ammonium chloride return material, delivering high throughput and stable crushing performance during continuous operation.
The crusher features enclosed access doors on both sides, allowing easy cleaning and maintenance. Stainless steel liners are applied inside the housing to minimize material adhesion and improve resistance to wear and corrosion. A vibration-damping system is installed at the base of the crushing machine to reduce operating vibration and enhance overall stability.

This crusher adopts a vertical shaft structure and uses a double-layer chain drive to achieve high-speed impact crushing. Material is broken down efficiently through rapid rotation, ensuring consistent particle size and stable performance during continuous operation.
The inner lining is made of rubber sheets or 304 stainless steel, which effectively reduces material adhesion and blockage while improving wear resistance. The equipment is suitable for crushing a wide range of chemical raw materials as well as recycled or returned materials commonly used in fertilizer production lines.

The hammer roller crusher is designed for efficient crushing of returned compound fertilizer and other agglomerated materials. It combines impact crushing and rolling crushing within a single machine, ensuring stable particle size reduction without material adhesion.
Inside the crusher, one main shaft is fitted with high-speed rotating hammer heads, while the other shaft functions as a slow-rotating roller. As material enters the chamber, it is first broken by the rotating hammers and then further crushed against the roller surface before being discharged from the outlet. It is equipped with a hydraulic automatic or spiral cleaning system, which effectively prevents material build-up on internal surfaces. This design improves operational stability, reduces maintenance downtime, and ensures consistent crushing performance during continuous operation.

This cage mill grinder is designed for efficient crushing of urea and diammonium phosphate (DAP). It features a counter-rotating large cage and small cage structure, with material fed through the center of the cage bars.
