The chain bucket elevator is designed for vertical conveying of powdery, granular, and small lump materials with relatively high abrasiveness. Typical materials include compound fertilizer, grain, coal, cement, and crushed ore. With a maximum lifting height of up to 40 meters, it is well suited for continuous vertical transport in fertilizer production and related industrial processes.

This bucket elevator features a simple and reliable structure with smooth, stable operation. It adopts digging-type loading and centrifugal or mixed discharge, ensuring consistent material handling during operation. A forged endless chain is used as the traction component, providing strong load capacity and dependable service performance. The conveyed material temperature should not exceed 250 °C, making the equipment suitable for a wide range of fertilizer and bulk material applications.

The steel-cord belt bucket elevator is designed for vertical conveying applications that require high capacity, long lifting height, and stable continuous operation. It is well suited for handling dry, free-flowing powdery, granular, and small lump materials commonly found in fertilizer production and related industries.

The elevator uses deep buckets to ensure efficient material pickup and discharge, supporting smooth and reliable conveying over long service periods. A steel wire rope–reinforced belt is adopted as the traction element, offering high tensile strength, strong flexibility, and extended operating life under continuous load conditions. The head, tail, and intermediate casings are fully enclosed to prevent material leakage and dust escape, helping maintain a clean working environment. The drive system is equipped with a vertical shaft reducer combined with pin coupling or hydraulic coupling, along with a backstop device. This configuration ensures stable transmission, protects key drive components, and prevents reverse movement when the system stops. At the lower section, a heavy hammer tensioning device is applied to automatically maintain proper belt tension, ensuring consistent operation and reducing manual adjustment requirements.
