Rotary Kiln
The rotary kiln is a core piece of thermal processing equipment used for calcining cement clinker, phosphorus materials, and ceramic materials. It is also widely applied in chemical processing, metallurgy, and related industrial fields. Depending on process requirements, the system can be configured for dry production or wet production.
Our rotary kiln systems integrate multiple process optimizations and technological upgrades. High-precision metering plunger pumps and speed-regulating valves are used to ensure accurate material dosing and stable operation. Advanced graphite block sealing devices are applied to improve sealing performance and operational reliability.
To enhance automation and process visibility, the kiln head is equipped with an industrial TV system for real-time flame monitoring. The entire process flow is displayed through simulated process graphics, while an infrared scanner continuously monitors the calcination zone and transmits temperature conditions directly to the control system. These technologies make operation more intuitive, easier to manage, and more stable in long-term production.
Through system optimization and improved thermal control, the rotary kiln achieves stable heat efficiency and higher equipment utilization. Compared with conventional kiln of the same specification, operating availability is increased by approximately 3 to 5%, output capacity is improved by 5 to 10%, and overall heat consumption is reduced by around 15%.
