Fertilizer Conveying Equipment
The scraper conveyor is designed for stable and enclosed conveying of powder materials, granular materials, and small lumps. It is commonly used in compound fertilizer production lines and is also suitable for cement, chemical processing, mining, and metallurgical applications. The conveying inclination angle is generally within 15°, ensuring smooth material flow without backsliding.
Materials are fed from the tail inlet and transported by a traction chain driving the scrapers toward the head or intermediate discharge outlets. The fully enclosed structure effectively controls dust dispersion, helping maintain a cleaner production environment. During operation, the conveyed material temperature typically does not exceed 250 °C, and moisture conditions are controlled to prevent material adhesion during transport.
The conveyor adopts a segmented structural design, with each section composed of upper and lower casings. This modular configuration simplifies installation, disassembly, and routine maintenance. Wear-resistant liners are embedded in the lower casing, extending service life under continuous operation. In addition to standard inlet and outlet ports at both ends, intermediate feeding and discharge ports can be configured based on process requirements, providing greater layout flexibility. The overall conveyor length is modular, adjustable in 0.4 m increments, and can be selected within a range of approximately 5.8 m to 30.2 m to suit different production line arrangements.

The LS screw conveyor is designed in accordance with international standards and manufactured to meet ISO 1050-75 equivalency and ZBJ81005.1–2-88 LS screw conveyor specifications. Material is conveyed through a fixed trough by a rotating screw flight, ensuring steady and controlled movement along the conveying path.
This conveyor features a compact structure and flexible inlet and outlet arrangement, making it easy to integrate into different plant layouts. With reliable sealing performance and straightforward operation, it supports safe handling while keeping operating costs low. Its enclosed design also helps maintain a clean production environment.
The screw conveyor is widely used across industries such as chemical processing, building materials, metallurgy, grain handling, and compound fertilizer production. When the inclination angle is below 20°, it is suitable for conveying powdery, granular, and small-sized materials with low viscosity that do not deteriorate or agglomerate during transport. A full range of 12 specifications, from small to extra-large sizes, is available to meet different capacity requirements. Depending on the material characteristics, the conveyor can be selected with three filling factors (0.45, 0.33, and 0.15) and four optional screw speeds, allowing precise adaptation to specific conveying conditions.
