Fertilizer Coating Equipment
The rotary coating machine is designed to apply a uniform protective layer to fertilizer granules, improving surface quality and functional performance. The system integrates a screw conveyor for powder dosing, an oil tank with stirring device, and a precise metering pump with spray nozzles, ensuring stable and even coating. After treatment, fertilizer particles exhibit a smooth, glossy surface with enhanced anti-caking and slow-release properties, supporting longer storage life and consistent field performance.
In fertilizer production lines, coating equipment is used to treat finished granules after drying and cooling. The applied coating layer helps prevent agglomeration, improves controlled-release behavior, and enhances product appearance. The design also supports stable downstream handling, flexible formulation changes, and easy integration into existing or expanded production lines, with an emphasis on efficient cleaning and reduced downtime.

-
Granular compound fertilizer production
Requires moderate coating thickness with high uniformity and fast surface drying. Coating solutions or powders are usually applied evenly and dried quickly to prevent particle adhesion. -
Materials with higher moisture content
Demand stricter temperature control and enhanced drying performance during coating. Proper moisture management helps avoid caking, layering, or uneven coating results. -
Low-moisture, fragile granules
Call for gentler mixing intensity and controlled coating conditions to prevent particle breakage while maintaining consistent surface coverage.
