Complete compound fertilizer production system using urea melt spray granulation process for uniform fertilizer granule formation

Designed for manufacturing granular compound fertilizers and specialty fertilizers, this fertilizer production line integrates urea melt preparation with spray granulation to form uniform and stable fertilizer granules. The fertilizer production system combines material batching, urea melting, granulation, drying, cooling, screening, coating, packaging, and exhaust gas treatment into a well-coordinated production process, ensuring consistent product quality and reliable operation.

Features

This urea melt spray granulation process retains the advantages of steam drum granulation while offering additional technical benefits:

  • Urea melt is used as the liquid phase for granulation, significantly reducing steam consumption during the granulation process.
  • The original process route of drum granulation is maintained, ensuring operational familiarity and stability.
  • Suitable for producing high-nitrogen and high-concentration compound fertilizers.
  • Lower moisture content after granulation, with material moisture controlled at ≤2.8%, reducing the drying load.
  • Low-temperature urea melting technology enables urea melting at 105–125 °C, effectively preventing excessive biuret formation.
  • Continuous production can be achieved with a single melting tank, reducing overall equipment investment.
  • Higher granulation yield, with output increased by more than 30% compared with conventional drum granulation processes.
