Automatic bulk blending system for producing uniformly mixed BB fertilizers with precise dosing and single-bag weighing control
This BB fertilizer production line is designed for manufacturing uniformly mixed fertilizers through an automated bulk blending process. Granular base materials containing nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P₂O₅), and potassium (K₂O) are precisely metered according to the preset formulation and discharged separately into individual bags. Each bag is weighed and filled independently, ensuring accurate nutrient ratios in every package.
By adopting single-bag dosing and packaging, the automatic bulk blending system avoids material segregation and layering that often occur when different granules are mixed first and packaged afterward. This approach improves product consistency and ensures reliable fertilizer quality during storage and transportation.
