DAP can be produced using the following industrial methods: Pre-neutralization process (PN), Pipe reactor process (PR), Combined pipe reactor + pre-neutralizer process (PR+PN).Among these, the PR+PN process is currently the most widely adopted in industrial DAP production.
The PR+PN process mainly consists of the following steps: pre-neutralization, pipe reactor reaction, slurry spray granulation, drying, cooling, screening, coating, packaging, and off-gas treatment.
